Personal Stories

Dual Recovery Anonymous World Services Central Office is eager to showcase your journey and achievements in dual recovery.

We’re gathering compelling stories from both DRA members and our supportive community.

These narratives may be featured on our website, in ‘The DRA Vision’, or in future DRA publications, offering hope and understanding to those embarking on their own path to recovery.

You have two convenient ways to share your story:

  1. Email Submission: Send your stories directly to the World Services Central Office, marked for website submission.
  2. Online Submission: For a more hands-on approach, you can submit your stories directly through our website. Simply register, log in, and navigate to the ‘User Dashboard’ by clicking on the ‘My Account’ link in the header of this site. Here, you’ll find a link to submit your personal stories.

Please remember to respect our Tradition of anonymity in public media by using only your first name and last initial or a pseudonym.

Note that submissions may be edited for grammar, spelling, and adherence to our principles of anonymity and non-affiliation.

While we can’t guarantee the use of every story, all submissions will become the property of Dual Recovery Anonymous. We look forward to hearing your inspiring stories!
