About this Opportunity:

We need to have up to 6 people to man and respond to enquiries to the DRA World Services' support & help request mailbox.

These people will need to be experienced in:

  • Working the DRA Steps
  • DRA Literature
  • DRA Traditions
  • Must regularly attend DRA meetings

Responsibilities:

Replying and responding to email enquiries through our support email address.

These may take many forms, and reasons for people to contact us.

So. you will be using your knowledge of Dual Recovery Anonymous and experience of the DRA literature, the Steps, & the Traditions, to be able to:

  • Answer questions about DRA
  • Signpost new members to suitable DRA meetings and literature &/or site content that may help to answer any questions that they may have about DRA.

When your role is coming to the end of its service commitment, you will be responsible for sponsoring new people into the role, so that they can carry on this work after your time as a DRA World Services Support Email Responder comes to an end.

Activities Associated with this Opportunity:

You will be spending your time responding to email enquiries on the DRA World Services website (draonline.org).

About Training for this Opportunity:

We will send you links to YouTube courses that describe and instruct on how to set up access to the DRA support email address using POP3, and how to use Microsoft Outlook or your own email client to respond to information and support requests, general enquiries from professionals, and any other enquiries to the Support Mailbox.

You will also be given a list of all of the new DRA site's content so that you can copy & paste URLs and information into your responses to enquiries.
